The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM sharp so please arrive early! Ahead of the ceremony you can hang out in the lobby, grab a drink, play some pool, or meet other guests of the wedding.

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held indoors at the Arctic Club Hotel. Seattle is known for its rainy weather, but rain will be no matter for us.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses, suit and tie or a sports coat. For women, please avoid any white, off-white or cream colors.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the lobby and Polar Bar, where we will be serving hors d'oeuvre. Guests can grab a drink from the bar and enjoy a round of pool!

Yes, we will be serving a variety of Chilean wines and Soviet Champagne during the reception which will be on the house. Guests can also purchase additional drinks from the bar before and during the reception, including beers, cocktails, liquors and other wines.

Of course! We only ask that you please keep your phones on silent and tucked away during the ceremony. Our photographers and videographers will capture photos and videos, so please enjoy the ceremony.
